Where can i find your studio?

We are located in Publika, Solaris Dutamas. Take the lift next to Sony Centre or Apparel Store. Go to Level 1, pass the white doors and turn right.

Do i need to be a member to order?

Yes, we ask our online customers to register an account so you do not have to fill out your billing & shipping address every time you want to order and it will be more easy for you during checkout and payment. It will also be easier for you to manage, cancel or change any orders you may have. Also store credit returns can only be given to My Apparel Zoo account holders.

I really like one of the items but its out of stock, is it possible for it to come back in stock?

We cannot promise to restock out of stock items, so we suggest that if you like something, buy it before it goes.

Will i have to pay international tax and custom fees for international orders?

My Apparel Zoo cannot control and is not responsible for any custom fees and any taxes associated with your purchase. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed due to transit. If you have given an incorrect shipping address, the order will be returned back to My Apparel Zoo and the cost of re-shipping the package, will be covered by the customer.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

For all domestic orders, please allow 3-5 working days for shipment to arrive. This is just a guiding reference but at My Apparel Zoo we try to ship your order out as soon as possible.

For international order please revert back to our deliveries page.

What if my item did not arrive?

In very rare cases an order may be lost or stolen in the post. Unfortunately this is beyond the control of My Apparel Zoo. We offer free tracking service for all orders. So if your order is taking longer than usual, we recommend you to contact PosLaju directly.  All domestic orders are shipped via PosLaju and International orders via Malaysian Registered mail. Signature will be required.

Can i cancel my order?

Yes you can, but only if you have an account with My Apparel Zoo. Once you made payment you have 3 hours to cancel your order. Any later then that your order will then be sent through our system for clearing. You can do this by going into your account with My Apparel Zoo and cancel your order.

What is your return policy?

Domestic Orders

Only full priced items can be refunded for store credit within 9 working days from when you receive it. At My Apparel Zoo we try to offer the best service and quality to our customers so please fill up the Return Form. This is found in the delivery package.

International Orders

Sorry, currently there are strictly no returns for international orders.

If i want to return an item where do i mail it to?

Please note that your returned item may take a couple of days to get back to us and remember you need to return it to us within 9 working days from when you received it, if not your item will not be refundable.

All postage cost are non-refundable.

What if my item doesn't fit?

Please bare in mind our recommended sizes are a guiding reference and should not be used alone to determine suitable sizing. Accurate measurements are provided in all item descriptions to make purchasing easier. We recommend that you consider the measurements provided and compare them to an item of clothing you already have, to ensure the right fit. It is your responsibility to check measurements and sizing accurately.

Please be aware that some colours may be displayed differently depending on the monitor in which they are being viewed.

What currency are you prices in?

All prices on our site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and will be charged in MYR
