This site is owned and managed by Apparel Zoo Sdn Bhd. Please read the following carefully as it contains terms and conditions that are part of your agreement with My Apparel Zoo in the event that you proceed with a purchase. The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein and by proceeding with a purchase using this site, you shall be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.


All our customers, kindly check through your order and ensure that the item(s) you purchased, size, quantity, and colour are accurate prior to checking out, as we will not be able to change your orders once it has been processed. However you can cancel your order up to 3 hours (for more information please revert back to our FAQ or deliveries page)


Payment for orders can be made by bank deposit, PayPal, credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or Gift card vouchers. Goods will only be shipped upon receiving full payment for the cost of purchase and delivery charges unless specified otherwise.

In the event where we’re unable to verify payments, My Apparel Zoo would require assistance of the customers to process the order as quickly as we can.


Please be aware that some colours may be displayed differently depending on the monitor in which they are being viewed.

A difference of 0.5-1.0″ between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurement may not be considered as a defect.


All Prices are displayed in MYR and transaction will be made in MYR.


Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, weekends and public holidays excluded. If you have purchased a tracking number, kindly track your order at www.poslaju.com.my by using the tracking number which will be provided to you through email.

My Apparel Zoo is unable to make any amendment or combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Please ensure that the correct address, size and colours have been inputted prior to making payment.

All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by My Apparel Zoo. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the name. My Apparel Zoo shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

If for any reason My Apparel Zoo is unable to dispatch goods within 14 days from date of order, My Apparel Zoo will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer, My Apparel Zoo will offer either a full refund of the monies paid or suggest an alternative product.


My Apparel Zoo has trademarked its name, logo and website design.


My Apparel Zoo to the best of their ability will ensure that shipping information, product price(s), product description(s) and other information on this site is correct. However, My Apparel Zoo cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information.

My Apparel Zoo reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice. All changes are effective upon posting at this website.
